Instructions

1. Put the frozen Siomai on top of a piece of thinly sliced carrot or on top of wax paper that has been poked with holes. Place Frozen Siopao on the steaming rack.
2. Place the steaming rack into the steamer with boiling water.
3. Reduce heat to medium and make sure that there is continuous steam.
4. Set timer to 12 minutes for frozen siomai and 5 minutes for Siopao and Taipao.  If the siomai is firm to the touch then it is ready to serve.  Add another 2-3 minutes if still soft to the touch.
