Instructions

1. Make sure there is enough cooking oil in the pan and heat up oil to proper frying temperature of 170C.
2. Slowly drop in frozen dimsum using a slotted spoon and stir it gently so that it will not stick to the bottom.
3. Reduce heat to about medium and drop in the remaining frozen dimsum.
4. Gently stir the dimsum until light brown and take out of the frier.
5. Increase heat to high nad put back the lightly browned dimsum into the frier until golden brown.
